Within your first few days, preferably your first 48 hours, it is important you have a Planning Session with your sponsor or Upline. At this Planning Session you will be introduced to a checklist covering the necessary steps to building a successful Xocai business. You will also get a clear understanding of the income potential of each rank and the necessary trainings that will increase your knowledge level.

Therefore, you should start thinking of what it is that you truly want to accomplish with your new business.

  1. What is important to you?
  2. What would do with the extra income?
  3. What is the most important goal you want to achieve?
  4. How soon do you want to accomplish these goals? 
  5. What are you willing to give to accomplish them in terms of time, energy and financial investment?

During the Planning Session you will have the opportunity to ask questions and to have a specific plan of action developed just for you. (If your sponsor does not set a Planning Session for you contact them or someone else in your Upline Support Team for this help.)

Your Sponsor should give you a Starter Kit and Business Builder Manual as soon as you enroll.  You will give your Sponsor your Starter Kit when your order comes in.

  • Watch Chapter 1-4 on Compensation Video in Starter Kit or review the Compensation Plan document in your back office under My Business> Library
